In Hazen, Chief Taylor stops a speeding Tesla. In Richland, Captain Danny Brown tests for crack cocaine. In Brookford, Chief Armstrong almost gets hit while on a traffic stop. Back in Hazen, a driver runs from Chief Taylor.
