In Daytona, officers stop a car for reckless driving. In Monroe, Officer Serenity Smith stops a car and converses with the driver. In Arkansas County, Sheriff Cheek responds to a noise complaint at a Halloween party. In Toledo, officers are searching for a vandalism suspect. In Berkeley, Deputy Salka stops a truck that appears stolen, but apparently, the plates are stolen. In Monroe, there’s a possible drunk flight attendant.
