Sergeant Steve Zubkoff is a deputy with the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office in South Carolina. Sergeant Zubkoff started with the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office as Pfc in 2014. He was promoted to Corporal in 2016. Before working with the BCSO, Corporal Zubkoff attended Charleston Southern University and he graduated with a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice. He graduated Cum Laude and received the Criminal Justice Major of the Year Award.
Sergeant Zubkoff is a part of the COPS Grant Team, Special Response Team (SRT), Dive Team, and the Bike Patrol. Sergeant Zubkoff is also a part of the recruiting team at BCSO, and he supervises the South District’s Community Action Team (CAT). He is knowledgeable in many different areas of law enforcement. He has earned certifications with the Public Safety and Rescue Diver, LEBA Bike Patrol, SRT Operator, COPS Grant and he is a certified Field Training Officer (FTO).
Sergeant Zubkoff married his college sweetheart. Now she, their two insanely cute sons, and extended family are very supportive and excited to see him back on TV
