He was in the right place at the right time. In Daytona Beach, Detective Macdowel is trying to execute a felony warrant. In Fontana, officers investigate human bones that were found. In Toledo, there’s a report of an aggressive dog. In Indian River County, Deputy Lozada is investigating illegal gambling. In Richland County, deputies make a traffic stop and find an open container.
