Officer Jay Rainville is a member of the East Providence Police Department in Rhode Island. Jay is a K-9 Officer and he works with K-9 Chiko. Officer Rainville joined the East Providence Police Department in March 2018. Prior to East Providence, Officer Rainville was a member of the North Smithfield Police Department. During his tenure at North Smithfield, Officer Rainville was named Officer of the Year in 2013 and 2014. Jay Rainville has been featured on Live PD off and on starting in Season 3 (05.31.19) and continuing through Season 4.
