Master Deputy Chris Blanding is a deputy with the Richland County Sheriff’s Office in South Carolina. Chris Blanding’s father was also in law enforcement. He wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps, and help guide others on the right track.
One of the wilder scenes from Season 3, involved a long pursuit in Richmond County for the car with “smoking brakes”. The car ultimately was able to elude Master Deputy Blanding, but as reported by local media, they eventually caught the driver.
