Officer Alexa Elkabarra is a corporal with the Fullerton Police Department in California. Corporal Elkabarra joined the Fullerton Police Cadet program in 2016. She later went on to become an officer with Fullerton.
Corporal Elkabarra was an Explorer Advisor with the Fullerton Police Explorers program. Explorer Advisors are sworn officers who volunteer to work with and mold young men and women, instilling the traits of good citizenship and leadership within the community.
