On Patrol: Live is bringing the Live PD Nation back to Richland County, SC. In honor of that, lets revisit one of the favorite scenes from Live PD. During Live PD Season 1, Captain Steven Tapler with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department is detaining a suspect at the infamous blue-doored Palmetto Inn. During the process of questioning, the suspect takes off running hand-cuffed and dives headfirst through the window of a hotel room. The officers swarm into the room to regain the suspect. This segment is classic Richland County.
