Suspect Aims Paintball Gun at Shoppers

A Walmart shopper was accused of waving his newly purchased paintball gun around the parking lot and pointing it at customers and cars. Nye County Deputies take him into custody and he gives them a hard time. Deputy Antone Mendes questions the suspect and he was reluctant to provide his name, claiming he had warrants out against him.
