Deputy Jill Falcon is an officer with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office in Florida. Deputy Falcon has been serving as a Deputy Sheriff Trainee at the Lee County Sheriff’s Office since August 2023. Prior to her current position, Jillian worked as a Community Service Aide at the same organization from March to December 2023, where she investigated non-violent crimes, conducted vehicle patrols, enforced parking violations, assisted with accident investigations, and supported uniform patrol operations.
Falcon completed an internship with the United States Marshals Service (January – May 2022), gaining hands-on experience with court hearings, file management, and participating in tactical and medical training. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Florida Gulf Coast University, which she earned between August 2019 and July 2022. Before this, she attended Lycoming College from August 2018 to May 2019, where she was a member of the Women’s Soccer Team. During her academic career, she remained active in sports including soccer, volleyball, and rugby.
