Why do departments not have a rule or law that when suspects or people do not comply on or by the 3rd time it should be an automatic arrest?  It drives me insane when they do not shut up and listen, as I know it’s frustrating for you all and you shouldn’t have to put up with the disrespect.  And none of them should be on their phones or smoking!  You all are saints and I have so much respect for you!  Thank you for all you do!
