Well, I’m glad the officer’s okay. I have to say that at the very least that was very poor officer safety. You don’t put yourself in a dangerous situation like that. There was no reason to jump on the hood. He must be a very young man and did not use good judgment. For a traffic stop? It was not exigent circumstances. The bad guy would have been stopped sooner or later.
