Raul Ortiz is an officer with the Wilkes-Barre City Police Department in Pennsylvania. Ortiz joined Wilkes-Barre in 2019. Before that, he received an associate degree in criminal justice from Luzerne County Community College. Ortiz is a Hanover Area High School graduate and a 2012 graduate of the Police Academy. He also worked part-time for the U.S. Postal Service for seven years with the neighboring Wilkes-Barre Township Police Department.
