Officer Michael Phillips is a patrol officer with the Everett Police Department in Washington. He joined the Everett Police Department in 2017. During his time with Everett, he worked patrol, and in 2023, he was promoted to the Violent Crime Unit.
In Officer Phillips’ spare time, he works on completing his bachelor’s degree in Strategic Intelligence and plays with his two Dobermans.
