Officer Kaleb Tolbert is a patrol officer with the Toledo Police Department in Ohio.
During the 02.20.26 episode, Officer Torbet stopped a fleeing car that crashed with children in the car. Torbet revealed that he lost his own child in a car crash. Dan later interviewed Officer Torbet during First Patrol.
Officer Tolbert first appeared with On Patrol: Live during Season 4 in episode 01.09.26.
