Lieutenant Scott Moreland is a deputy with the Clay County Sheriff’s Office in Florida. Lieutenant Moreland is a member of the Street Crimes Unit. He also oversees the SWAT team, K9 team, and the Targeted Narcotics Team – among other things.
He first appeared on Live PD – 05.01.20. Lieutenant Moreland’s unit is heavily engaged in drug interdiction. In 2019 they were featured in the news for a rapid string of drug busts.
