Deputy Shannon Tolman is an officer with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department in South Carolina. Deputy Tolman graduated from the academy in 2021 and joined Richland County.
Deputy Tolman first appeared with On Patrol: Live in Season 1. On 10.14.22 Deputy Tolman spent almost 2 hours rescuing a small kitten that was trapped in a car.
