Deputy Shannon Tolman is a corporal with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department in South Carolina. Deputy Tolman graduated from the academy in 2021 and joined Richland County.
Deputy Tolman first appeared with On Patrol: Live in Season 1. On 10.14.22 Deputy Tolman spent almost 2 hours rescuing a small kitten that was trapped in a car.
Tolman was promoted to corporal in October 2023.
