Russell Callicoat is an Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper. He is based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Russell grew up in Oklahoma City and was influenced at a young age by a trooper that lived near him. Callicoat says if he had not gone into law enforcement, he would have gone into the military, specifically the Marine Corps. He’s also known for his many comic book-themed tattoos.
In 2018 Trooper Callicoat was awarded the Michael J. Garner Safety Advocate Award for his work with the Oklahoma Impaired Driving Liaison program. Russell Callicoat has tireless worked to make an impact on DUIs in Oklahoma.
