Officer Ryan Tillman is a patrol officer for the Chino Police Department in California.
Tillman is also the CEO and founder of Breaking Barriers United LLC (BBU). Before Ryan’s career as a police officer, he was not a fan of Law Enforcement due to negative interactions with them as he was growing up.
Officer Tillman was a Guest Host with On Patrol: Live during Season 2 in episodes 03.01.24 and 03.02.24.
