Officer Jason Hupp is a sergeant with the Wheeling Police Department in West Virginia. Hupp joined the Wheeling PD in 2013. He was named Officer of the Year in 2016 and in 2019.
Sergeant Hupp was first featured with On Patrol: Live during Season 4 in episode 09.19.25.
