Lieutenant Mark Luera is a deputy with the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office. Mark Luera previously served with the Austin Police Department, where he reached the rank of Detective. In November 2017 he joined the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office as a Detective. Luera was promoted to Lieutenant in July 2019 from the rank of Detective.
Lieutenant Luera was featured on most of the Season 3 episodes. He was often paired with Lt. Grayson Kennedy in Williamson County.
One of the more intense moments featuring Lieutenant Mark Luera was the Live PD – 06.14.19 episode in which a drug suspect attempted to run and then fight Williamson deputies.
